Note: Photos are usually automatically uploaded from an Android phone to your google account, and can be accessed at photos.google.com. The instructions below assume you are sharing the photos using a web browser.

You can also create and share Albums from your phone by following these instructions:

Creating an Album

1. Go to photos.google.com

2. On the left side, click on Albums

3. To create a new album, click on Create at the top right of the screen and then select Shared Album.

4. Select the photos you want in the album by clicking on them. When you're done, click on Create in the upper right corner.

5. Name your album. We suggest naming it yyyy_mm name of hike, such as 2016_11 Granite Mountain Hike.

Sharing an Album you have already created

1. Go to photos.google.com

2. On the left side, click on Albums

3. Click on the Album you want to share.

4. Click on Share in the upper right corner, then on Get link.

From here copy the link and paste it into an email to phc.webmstr@gmail.com. Include the date and name of the hike.
